Shipment processing times

All orders are processed between 10 to 25 business days and 12 business days for ready-to-ship units, orders are not shipped or delivered at weekends or holidays

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Shipment cost: $35 (one wig)
• Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days

• Shipping method: USPS
• Shipment cost: $25(one wig)
• Estimated delivery time: 3 business days

• Shipping method: USPS PRIORITY
• Shipment cost: $30 (one wig)
• Estimated delivery time: 2 business days

48 hours delivery is available for selected ready-to-ship units from our California office, your telephone number, email, zip code and full address are required for shipping.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to box addresses

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Scalp braided wigs ships worldwide via DHL, USPS and USPS PRIORITY, you will receive a confirmation email or text once your order has shipped containing your tracking number, the tracking will update within 3 business days due to the volume of orders we drop off with our courier partners

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Jo Annis braided wigs are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

DAMAGE AND INSURANCE 

Jo Annis braided wigs is not liable for any product lost or damaged during shipping which is why it is important to purchase shipping insurance for $10 on the website
